We have two different sizes of portable compactor for sale & lease hire: 10 m/3 and 20 m/3.
Portable compactors normally reduce mess on site. The machines are fitted with rear seals to eliminate liquid seepage. They can be fed by hand, bin tipper, customised tipper or by forklift tipping skips.
Once the waste is loaded press the go button and the compaction block then processes the material. The compactors can be specified with both 3/4 full and full indicators giving warning to the operator to organise collection.
The machine is then lifted by your contractor, tipped and then returned to you ready to continue compacting.
We sell & hire both new and refurbished portable waste compactors if you’d like to know more get in touch.
Our static compactor machines vary in the size of its feed aperture, ranging from 2 – 4 cubic yards to make feeding the machine easier for you.
The static compactor is bolted to a hard surface in your yard with a 40yd enclosed roll-on roll-off skip attached onto it. You feed the machine by hand balling, bin tipping or by a tipping skip to feed your waste into the hopper. The machine compacts all of this waste into the 40yd skip attached to it. When the machine indicates to you that the skip is full your contractor will change your full skip over with an empty one straight away meaning no waiting times.
The static compactor is a more customisable machine; the machine can be loaded from different sides, with different size and shaped hoppers depending on your needs.
These machines help you compact and reduce waste while ensuring maximum utilization of the available space. In turn this reduces the number of collections require and minimizes your disposal costs.
Specialist compactors process material in a different way. The list of other compactors are – in bin, block, roto, and jumbo roll packers.
These machines compact waste in a different manner compared to conventional machines. They compact into wheelie bins, 1 m/3 plastic bags or into an open top 40 cu yd skip.
Specialist Compactors can have many advantages over generic compactors depending on the type of waste and volume.
They are especially effective when you have limited space on site, bulkier materials or it just isn’t cost-effective to install larger machines.
