Glass Crushers for Recycling
Bars, Pubs, Hotels, Cafes, and Restaurants all produce significant amounts of bulky glass waste. Bottles that may have once held delicious vintage wines or fizzy drinks now only offer a waste management headache. Now empty, these bottles contain mostly air, which means bins aren’t truly full and require frequent and expensive collections.
Not only are you paying to dispose of air, but bottles are also bulky, loud, and easily smashed during handling resulting in an extensive sweep up and a health and safety risk.
If this sounds all too familiar then your hospitality business, be it a bar, restaurant or hotel will benefit from investing in a glass crusher.
These machines deploy powerful crushing teeth to break glass into tiny cutlets. Reducing the total volume of glass bottles by up to 80% resulting in a significant saving on disposal. The crushed glass is then stored in a plastic box or feeds straight into a bin.
If your business disposes of glass bottles then investing in one of our machines can help reduce your disposal costs.
Over the past 20 years, we’ve worked with multiple businesses from all sectors across the UK to implement a recycling solution that works for them. On average our customers save thousands of pounds a year.
