LFA 151 D

The LFA 151 D Double Chamber baler is our largest double chamber baler and creates bales up to 200kg in weight. It is an ideal machine for two recyclable waste streams, as having two chambers means that when one chamber is running a compaction cycle, material can be fed into the other chamber. This eliminates the need to store materials to one side, as you would with a single chamber baler.

A double chamber baler is a type of multi chamber baler, ideal where different recyclable materials are generated in the same area and needs to be baled separately, reducing handling time. By separating materials at source, waste streams can be managed more effectively while reducing wheelie bin and skip collections.

The LFA 151 D is best suited to sites with medium to large quantities and sizes of material due to its two 1075 x 800mm top feeding openings. With a fast cycle speed of 34 seconds, it quickly compacts material, reducing labour waiting time. With an IP65 rating, the machine can be sited inside or outside, withstanding all weather conditions.

The LFA 151 D features an auto eject system, making bale ejection simple and easy. The most common types of materials baled are cardboard, plastic film, PET bottles and paper, though it is capable of baling other recyclable materials. Common industries to use a large multi chamber baler include warehousing, fulfilment centres and production environments across the UK.
