LFA 151 T

The LFA 151 T Triple Chamber baler is designed for sites that need to separate three recyclable waste streams or handle higher overall volumes of material. Essentially, it is the LFA 151 D with an additional chamber. The LFA 151 T is best suited to sites where three recyclable waste streams are generated consistently and space allows for a larger multi chamber baler.

A triple chamber baler is a type of multi chamber baler, suited to environments where multiple recyclable materials are generated in the same area and need to be baled separately. With three chambers, material can be loaded into the other two chambers whilst a compaction cycle is running, helping to maintain workflow and reduce material handling time.

Due to its larger overall footprint, the LFA 151 T is designed for higher quantities of recyclable material and requires over 5m of available space. Featuring three 1075 x 800mm top feeding openings and a fast 34 second cycle time, the machine compacts material using 16 tonnes of force producing bales weighing up to 200kg. With an IP65 rating, it can be sited indoors or outdoors, withstanding all weather conditions.

The LFA 151 T features an auto eject system, making bale ejection simple and easy. Common materials baled include cardboard, plastic film, PET bottles and paper, though it is capable of baling other recyclable materials. Typical applications include warehousing, fulfilment centres and production environments across the UK where multiple waste streams are handled on site.
