Refurbished Pakawaste Powerkube XL Dock Fed Bin Lift

The Pakawaste Powerkube horizontal baler is a refurbished dock fed baler with bin lift, currently available. The machine shown in the photos is the exact unit available, located at our Mansfield facility, and can be delivered to sites in the UK.

This refurbished unit has been fully checked and prepared for install. Refurbished horizontal balers are commonly chosen by sites looking to increase baling capacity without the lead time or cost of a new machine.

The Pakawaste Powerkube is designed for sites handling high volumes of recyclable material where loading via a loading dock is preferred. Dock fed balers are typically used where wheelie bins are filled throughout a warehouse or factory and then tipped directly into the baler from dock level, reducing internal waste handling and unnecessary movement of material.

The machine is designed to bale materials such as cardboard, plastic film and paper. With a large feed opening and dock fed configuration, the Powerkube allows material to be loaded efficiently from wheelie bins using the integrated bin lift, making it suitable for sites producing packaging waste steadily throughout the day.

The Pakawaste Powerkube produces dense, wire tied mill size bales suitable for collection by recyclers. Bale ejection is semi-automatic via a hydraulic door system, allowing finished bales to be removed cleanly and keeping the baling chamber clear between bales.

This unit is fitted with an integrated bin lift and supplied with an all round safety cage to protect operators during loading. The dock fed layout makes it particularly suitable for warehousing, distribution and manufacturing environments where space and workflow are planned around dock operations.
