Refurbished Pakawaste Powerkube XL Bin Lift

The Pakawaste XL horizontal baler is a refurbished large semi-automatic baler that is currently available. The machine shown in the photos is the exact unit available, located at our Northampton facility, and can be delivered to sites in the UK.

This refurbished unit has been fully checked and prepared for install. Refurbished horizontal balers are commonly chosen by sites looking to bale high volumes of material without the long lead time or cost of a new machine.

The Pakawaste XL is designed for sites handling high volumes of recyclable material and is well suited to continuous loading applications commonly found in warehousing, manufacturing, distribution and large commercial facilities.

The machine is designed to bale materials such as cardboard, plastic film and paper. With a large feed opening, the Pakawaste XL allows bulky items and higher volumes of material to be loaded easily, making it suitable for sites producing packaging waste steadily throughout the day.

The Pakawaste XL produces dense, wire tied mill size bales suitable for collection by recyclers. Bale ejection is semi-automatic via a hydraulic door system, allowing finished bales to be removed efficiently and keeping the baling chamber clear between bales.

This unit is fitted with an integrated bin lift, which can be reassembled for use or blanked off, as shown in the photos, depending on site layout and feeding preference. Where the bin lift is in use, the baler is supplied with an all round safety cage to protect operators during loading.
