LFA BL 1100 - Bin Lift

The LFA BL 1100 Wheelie Bin Lift and Tipper is a configurable lifting solution designed to safely lift and tip 1100 litre and 660 litre wheelie bins into compactors, skips or hoppers. Each unit is specified to suit site layout, bin type and discharge height, ensuring the lift is correctly matched to how waste is handled on site.

1100 litre bin lifts are typically supplied with a trunnion lift system, allowing secure engagement with standard 1100L and 660L wheelie bins. Units can be configured to tip at different heights to suit static compactors, portable compactors, roll on roll off skips or raised waste hoppers, depending on site requirements.

For operator safety, the LFA BL 1100 can be supplied with side guarding or a full all-round safety cage, depending on access needs and site risk assessment. Where required, an interlocked access door can be specified to prevent operation unless guarding is correctly closed and secured.

The bin lift can be supplied as a fixed installation, bolted securely to the floor, or mounted on heavy-duty casters where a mobile solution is preferred and flexibility is required around the site.

The LFA BL 1100 wheelie bin lift and tipper is commonly installed alongside static compactors, portable compactors and skips on industrial and commercial sites such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, food production sites and distribution centres where waste is collected in large wheelie bins and emptied at a central point.
